New Year Update January 2025

Here’s what has happened in the last month and what’s to come!

TRAINING UPDATE

Claudine and Laura have embarked on a botox course which is a brand name for botulinum toxin injections, a drug that’s used to treat a number of health conditions and cosmetic concerns.

Cosmetic:
Botox is injected into specific muscles to temporarily smooth wrinkles and improve appearance.

Medical:

  • Bruxism
  • Temporomandibular joint disorder
  • Gummy smile

Botox works by blocking chemical signals from nerves that cause muscles to contract. The toxin is diluted in salt water and injected into the target muscle, where it spreads locally and usually only affects that muscle. The effects of Botox typically last 3–4 months, but can range from 2–6 month.

SMILE MAKE OVER

Invisalign is a popular orthodontic treatment that uses a series of clear, removable aligners to straighten teeth.

How it works

Invisalign aligners are custom-made to fit your teeth and apply gentle pressure to move them into the desired position. You’ll wear a series of aligners,
