We are very fortunate to work in a beautiful old building with oodles of character. Consequently, we do have an awful lot of stairs meandering over four floors! If you have any mobility concerns please bring this to the attention of Jacky when you call us. We can make arrangements for your visit to be a little easier but we do not have a lift.

Saturday morning appointments are available by prior arrangement.
Our Hygienist is available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. For your convenience, she has occasional Saturday Morning appointments. Please ask us for more details.
Our practice policy states that Patients are politely asked to give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a dental appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to any patients who may be waiting for treatment. Failed appointments will be charged.
Emergencies
In the event of a dental emergency, our policy is to see our registered patients within 24 hours. Out of hours, our practice is a part of a local on-call rota, which provides emergency treatment. Phone numbers will be available on our answer machine for all weekends and public holidays.
